Our mission is to provide vital media for a changing world and facilitate people and organisations to empower themselves in the context of complex multi-dimensional change.  Ubihibi Media is a contemplative community of artists and writers specialised in media development, advertising, PR, change management and KM. We are based in South Africa and our media is specially developed for African organisations that seek new, creative and sustainable ways of inspiring their people. Ubuhibi is a Zulu word meaning a group of Meerkats (a 'Mob' is the accepted collective noun for a group of Meerkats but we believe this term to have connotations that are unkind to these special little animals - Ubuhibi is so much nicer). We have chosen the totem of a group of Meerkats because of the amazingly intelligent and adaptable nature of these little animals, especially when in a group.
