Increasing numbers of people are using the Internet each day and so it makes sense to use web technology as an integrated part of your communication strategy. Web 2.0 technologies work especially well in change and KM work as they provide the means to engage key organisational participants in conversations that matter. We have experience in designing an implementing branded Web 2.0 FOSS resources as both intranets and extranets and facilitating multimedia conversations, sharing and the emergence of a communial spirit via these inclusive technologies.
